**Holiday Themed Fundraiser to Benefit Make-A-Wish Hawaii**

WHAT: For the second year, Reyn Spooner celebrates its annual Christmas Shirt with a holiday fundraising event benefitting Make-A-Wish Hawaii. All proceeds from ticket sales and the evening’s silent auction will be donated to Make-A-Wish Hawaii to support its efforts to grant the wishes of children diagnosed with life-threatening conditions.

The evening features live entertainment by a variety of talented local musicians, including Henry Kapono, Casey Thompson, Herb Ohta Jr., Jon Yamasato and more. Guests will enjoy handcrafted cocktails created by mixologist Joey Gottesman and heavy pupu selections from Mariposa at Neiman Marcus.

As director, data management, Hirata leads a team of data analysts in maintaining the consistency, efficiency and integrity of Outrigger’s databases. She is key in understanding customer requirements and finding working solutions. Hirata, who just celebrated 40 years with Outrigger, started in the accounting department processing travel agent commissions and worked her way up to management.

Hawaii’s favorite variety troupe, Society of Seven, is set to take the stage at Ala Moana Hotel for two homecoming performances. The group, co-founded by Tony Ruivivar and Bert Sagum, was an Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort staple from 1969 until 2012, and will reunite on Oct. 25 at 6:30 and 9 p.m. at the Hibiscus Ballroom. Fans can look forward to all of the group’s classic hits, in addition to the vivacious tunes of songstress Lhey Bella.

In his new role, McNish will lead DEP’s sales teams and oversee day-to-day operations of the firm. McNish also serves as DEP’s general counsel, reviewing all legal matters.

 

McNish previously served as legal counsel for RevoluSun and Distributed Energy Partners prior to the two entities splitting into separate business units last month, and before that worked as an associate attorney at Alston Hunt Floyd & Ing.
