BEACHHOUSE AT THE MOANA PRESENTS A “SPIRITED DINNER” FEATURING AN UPSCALE FIVE-COURSE MENU AND SCOTCH PAIRINGS

HAWAII, HONOLULU, WAIKIKI – May 2, 2012 – Beachhouse at the Moana is proud to host a “Spirited Dinner” on Thursday, May 10 at 6 p.m. for $85 per person.  Beachhouse Chef de Cuisine William Chen partnered with Southern Wines & Spirits of Hawaii to create a unique five-course menu to enhance and capture distinct flavors of the evening’s specially selected scotch and whiskies.  The “Spirited Dinner” will feature a variety of high-end single malt scotches including Dalwhinnie 15 years, Cragganmore 12 years, Caol Ila 12 years, and Cardu 12 years.  Southern Wine & Spirits has invited Master of Whisky Tom Turner who will also be preparing mixed cocktails for the evening while explaining the unique flavors of each drink.  The exclusive menu will be offered in a setting of limited seats, available by reservations only.
